Wellness Space Procurement & Design

Activate UR Space

ABOUT
UR Wellbeing designs workplace gyms that support both physical health and mental wellbeing. We start by understanding your people: who will use the space, what they need and what will get them through the door.

That shapes everything, so the gym feels welcoming and accessible to every employee, not only those already active. We then specify equipment for every fitness level, from cardio to strength training, chosen for versatility and safety.

Our team plans a layout that encourages people to train together, with space for group classes and personal training. Finally, we manage installation and setup, so your gym opens ready to use and ready to build a healthier, more connected workplace.
Our Approach
Every UR Wellbeing gym design is shaped by research, specialist graphic design and a focus on the people who will use it.We begin by finding out who your employees are: their preferences, fitness goals and accessibility needs.

What we learn drives the layout, so the finished space works for your whole workforce, from first-timers to regulars.
The Design
A great gym should look as good as it performs. That's why UR Wellbeing works closely with graphic designers who specialise in fitness spaces.

Together, we create the branding, signage and wall graphics that give your gym its identity and bring people together, from motivational messaging and bold colour to interactive displays that keep people engaged.
Maximise Space
Every layout is carefully planned to make the most of your space while keeping it safe and easy to move around. We create clear zones for cardio, strength, stretching and group classes, linked by open pathways so people can train without getting in each other's way.

We also use natural light and fresh air where we can so your gym is a space people want to be in.
Equipment Selection
Finally, we select equipment for function and design alike. That's why UR Wellbeing has partnered with Gym Gear, one of the UK's leading gym suppliers.

You deal with one point of contact throughout, which keeps procurement and design simple and joined-up.The result is a gym built on research and collaboration: one that meets the physical needs of the people who use it and gives them an inspiring, positive place to train.
