Looking for a way to move more during the working week? 

Our class timetable at Exchange Quay Wellness Centre makes it easy to build fitness into your day. With a mix of strength training, high energy conditioning and mobility focused sessions, there is something for every level of experience. 

Start your morning with focused strength sessions, challenge yourself with high intensity classes like Cross HIIT, Engine and HYROX training, or reset at lunchtime with Pilates and Yoga designed to improve mobility and reduce stress. 

Whether you are completely new to fitness or looking to push your training further, our timetable is the perfect place to start.
