"The wide range of wellbeing opportunities offered by UR Wellbeing over the last 3 years has been a big catalyst to get me where I am today. I have had a number of mental health challenges and unhealthy habits which affected my confidence in everything I did, but the opportunity for self development presented through the programs offered by UR has enabled me to progress dramatically in all areas of my life. I took part in the Men’s Mental Health & Exercise program that was delivered by UR at AJ Bell and since then, I have engaged with all areas of the service such as Health Screening, Lower Back Pain support, Physical Training, attending workshops, Habits Support, Nutritional 1:1 Support, Community Walks and Trips. I have developed in every way due to the multitude of options which has resulted in me excelling in my work and personal life. I now have newfound optimism, aspiration, self confidence and reduced stress from having these opportunities whilst at work, have all supported my decisions to this day to become a better and strive to be the best I can be in work and my personal life"

"The team at UR Wellbeing have been a breath of fresh air, I was going through a tricky time and with Covid compiled onto this, it really affected me function with my day to day. The team listened and supported me to progress mentally and physically, with an accessible fitness timetable which allowed me to meet new team members across the business and develop a new found confidence in my body through a structure training program. I am now in the best shape I've ever been in and I have had the confidence to step out of my comfort zone in work and in my social life. I have now completed half marathons, fitness events and this has had a positive effect on my work life, to do better and strive to progress at the business who has looked after me"
